Join Chef Jasper as he re-creates the classic Caesar salad in the wooden bowl and gives you all the secrets & history from Caesar Cardini himself.
Not only will you learn how to make the famous salad exactly as it is made in house still today in Tijuana, but also you will enjoy a 4-course luncheon from the menu from the famous Caesar Restaurant.
This is not a hands-on class, but you will learn to make all the recipes. Instruction, recipes and four course luncheon included.
