Italian Harvest & Applecello Supper Club

Autumn in Italy is one of our favorite times of the year. The summer harvest is coming to an end, the markets are filled with apples, eggplant, squash and all the wonderful fruits of the farmers’ summer labor. It is a time to gather around the table, enjoy the harvest and celebrate with family and friends.

For our October Supper Club, our chefs are bringing a little of that Italian harvest tradition to Jasper’s. This special menu will feature the flavors of fall along with local Kansas and Missouri ingredients and, of course, Jasper’s famous Applecello, prepared right here with local Missouri apples. Come hungry, my friends. This is going to be a wonderful fall evening!
