Join Chef Jasper for a very special St Joseph’s Cooking Class celebrating the Sicilian patron saint 🇮🇹 and the beautiful tradition of the St Joseph’s Table. These famous tables are created in Sicily as an act of devotion and gratitude, overflowing with symbolic dishes meant to be shared with family, friends, and the community 🍞❤️. 

 Chef Jasper has personally visited St Joseph’s Tables in Sicily, New Orleans, New York, and Kansas City, and for this class he will prepare the same traditional dishes 🍋🐟. Along the way, he’ll share the stories, meaning, and techniques behind each recipe, bringing this cherished celebration to life.

 On April 20, 2026, we invite you to be part of this unforgettable milestone honoring more than seven decades of culinary tradition, family heritage, and the wonderful guests who have made Jasper’s one of America’s most beloved restaurants. 

 For one night only, we will present a specially curated anniversary menu featuring many of the classic dishes that have defined the Jasper’s legacy. Dinner begins at 4:30 PM, with reservations available every half hour until 8:30 PM. 

Seating is limited for this exclusive evening and the price is $72 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
