The evening begins with Sicilian Caponata, a vibrant medley of eggplant, zucchini, and squash, elegantly reimagined for the modern palate. Next, savor the rich, comforting flavors of Pasta alla Norma, featuring perfectly fried eggplant nestled in a robust tomato sauce and crowned with fresh ricotta. For the main course, delight in Chicken Scarpariello, or “Shoemaker’s Chicken,” an Italian classic that pairs tender chicken with sweet sausage, crispy roasted potatoes, earthy mushrooms, and artichokes, all bathed in a luscious lemon-white wine sauce. The meal concludes with a delightful deconstructed Cannoli—a crispy, creamy creation filled with fresh ricotta and pistachios, offering a sweet finish to your Sicilian journey.
