A Chef Jasper Signature Cooking Class

Escape the winter chill and join us for a truly unique culinary experience as Jasper presents Winter Feast from the Amalfi Coast, an intimate chef led cooking class featuring bold flavors, Italian classics, and several of Jasper’s most requested signature dishes.

This special event showcases an unforgettable menu lineup beginning with Tagliatelle alla Ragu Napoletana, fresh pasta in a braised pork osso bucco and our slow simmered Sunday sauce. 

A highlight of the afternoon will be Jasper’s Tableside Caesar Salad, prepared right in front of you for a true signature experience. 

From the Amalfi Coast you will enjoy Peperoni Imbottiti Amalfi, pork and veal stuffed red bell peppers finished with vibrant gremolata. 

For dessert, we present Tuscan Chocolate Torta Della Nonna prepared with mascarpone and espresso.

Your class includes full luncheon, instruction and recipes. Please note, this is not a hands on class.

Soulful, festive, and deeply flavorful, this supper club evening is inspired by Chef Jasper's lifelong love affair with New Orleans, a city where food, music, and magic live side by side.

Through years of visiting his favorite kitchens, wandering the French Quarter, and sharing tables with local chefs, Chef Jasper brought home original recipes and time honored techniques rooted in tradition, hospitality, and a little bit of mystery. This dinner is his tribute to the city that continues to shape his cooking and his spirit.

Guests will gather for a communal dining experience that captures the heart of New Orleans, where dishes are meant to be shared, stories linger long after the plates are cleared, and every bite carries a sense of history and celebration.

Chilled shrimp served with a bold, zesty rémoulade layered with Creole spice, brightness, a New Orleans flair. 

 🍲 NOLA Gumbo 

James Duet's deeply soulful gumbo, slow simmered and rich with tradition, a true expression of the city’s culinary heartbeat. 

 ✨ Voodoo Pasta ✨ 

A little magic on the plate. This signature dish is infused with deep spices, smoky heat, and irresistible richness, inspired by late nights in New Orleans kitchens where recipes are whispered, not written. One bite and you will understand why this pasta has a spell all its own. 

 🦞 Crawfish Étouffée 

A thick, savory smothered dish of crawfish or shrimp in a buttery, spicy sauce, served over rice and inspired by original recipes Chef Jasper brought home from his favorite New Orleans tables. 

 🍮 Bourbon Street Bread Pudding 

 A classic New Orleans finale, rich and comforting, finished with a luscious bourbon sauce that invites you to stay, sip, and savor the night just a little longer.
