Mama mia, this month we travel straight to the culinary capital of Italy with a celebration of two of the world’s most revered ingredients, Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma.

Fresh from his return to Parma, Chef Jasper brings you an immersive experience rooted in tradition, flavor, and history. Known as the gastronomic soul of Italy, Parma is where centuries old craftsmanship still defines how these iconic foods are made today.

Parmigiano Reggiano, often called the “King of Cheeses,” dates back over 900 years to medieval monasteries, where monks perfected the art of transforming simple milk into a masterpiece that ages for years and develops its unmistakable nutty richness. Prosciutto di Parma, delicately cured using only sea salt and time, follows a tradition just as ancient, with origins tied to the Roman Empire. The unique climate of Parma, kissed by mountain air from the Apennines, gives this ham its signature sweetness and silky texture.

Chef Jasper will guide you through these traditions, sharing stories from local producers, his personal experiences in Parma, and the authentic techniques that make these ingredients so extraordinary. With decades of culinary expertise, a passion for Italian heritage, and a lifelong dedication to sharing great food, Chef Jasper brings both authenticity and energy to every class.

Imagine an evening in the rolling hills of Tuscany at a rustic Italian farmhouse where picnic tables are filled with antipasti, laughter, stories, and the unforgettable aromas of authentic Italian cooking. This chef hosted dining experience celebrates the warmth, hospitality, and traditions that make Italy so magical.

Chef Jasper will share the secrets behind his famous Sicilian Summer Pasta along with one of Italy’s most beloved specialties, porchetta, a seasoned roasted pork loin wrapped in pork belly and slow roasted with garlic, herbs, and spices until perfectly juicy with crispy skin. The evening also features cannellini beans with rosemary and garlic, Italian pork rinds, and Nana’s Amaretto Cherry Budino for dessert. Every dish is inspired by the simple yet extraordinary flavors of Tuscany where food is meant to bring family and friends together.

The Porchetta Picnic Italian Supper Club begins at 6:30 PM and is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited and reservations are required with absolutely no refunds. Reserve early and join us for an unforgettable evening of Italian food, tradition, stories, and la dolce vita.
