Winter in Italy Supper Club

Join us for a magical winter evening as Jasper’s transforms into a cozy Italian escape for our January Winter in Italy Supper Club. On a cold winter night, there is nothing better than warm Italian dishes, glowing candlelight and the aroma of simmering sauces filling the dining room.

The night opens with Tuscan Bean Soup followed by Rigatoni alla Ragu Napoletana, a cut pasta tossed in braised pork osso bucco and our slow simmered Sunday sauce. 

A highlight of the evening will be Jasper’s Tableside Caesar Salad prepared right in front of you, a true signature experience.

From the Amalfi Coast we present Peperoni Imbottiti Amalfi, pork and veal stuffed red bell peppers finished with vibrant gremolata. We finish the evening with a classic Italian finale of Affogato vanilla bean gelato drowned in Sicilian espresso with crisp orange biscotti.

A Chef Jasper Signature Cooking Class

Escape the winter chill and join us for a truly unique culinary experience as Jasper presents Winter Feast from the Amalfi Coast, an intimate chef led cooking class featuring bold flavors, Italian classics, and several of Jasper’s most requested signature dishes.

This special event showcases an unforgettable menu lineup beginning with Tagliatelle alla Ragu Napoletana, fresh pasta in a braised pork osso bucco and our slow simmered Sunday sauce. 

A highlight of the afternoon will be Jasper’s Tableside Caesar Salad, prepared right in front of you for a true signature experience. 

From the Amalfi Coast you will enjoy Peperoni Imbottiti Amalfi, pork and veal stuffed red bell peppers finished with vibrant gremolata. 

For dessert, we present Tuscan Chocolate Torta Della Nonna prepared with mascarpone and espresso.
