 Jasper has just returned from Italy and the city of Milan and invites you to a special culinary class featuring 

“Something Old & Something New” from authentic Milanese cuisine. 🇮🇹 

 Chef Jasper will guide you through the stories, traditions, and techniques behind some of Northern Italy’s most beloved dishes while demonstrating each recipe step by step. 

 🍽 On the Menu 

 •  Piadina Sant'Ambrogio - Flatbread filled with prosciutto, mozzarella, arugula, roasted red peppers, homemade hot chili oil & balsamic glaze. 

 • Pizzoccheri & Gorgonzola – the famous rustic whole wheat pasta from Northern Italy 

 • Cotoletta di Vitella di Latte alla Milanese – Pellegrino Artusi’s classic Recipe No. 538 from his legendary 1891 cookbook La Scienza in Cucina e l’Arte di Mangiar Bene 

 • Gelato Filled Panettone – a beautiful Italian dessert to finish the meal 

 About the Class Chef Jasper has been teaching cooking classes for over 45 years, sharing his passion for authentic Italian cuisine, family traditions, and culinary history. In this special luncheon class, you will enjoy:

 Join us for a truly special evening as we celebrate 72 incredible years of Jasper’s Restaurant. 

 On April 20, 2026, we invite you to be part of this unforgettable milestone honoring more than seven decades of culinary tradition, family heritage, and the wonderful guests who have made Jasper’s one of America’s most beloved restaurants. 

 For one night only, we will present a specially curated anniversary menu featuring many of the classic dishes that have defined the Jasper’s legacy. Dinner begins at 4:30 PM, with reservations available every half hour until 8:30 PM. 

Seating is limited for this exclusive evening and the price is $72 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
