If you love heirloom garlic and local apples then you're going to love our newest supper club.  Local garlic rancher Gary Verhage will supply us with local heirloom garlic and Jasper will be cooking with fresh apples and will be preparing locally sourced chicken & crispy polenta, Spaghetti aglio e olio, a traditional Italian dish that translates to "spaghetti with garlic and oil" our signature Apple Torta & homemade Applecello for dessert. Five courses, all expected to be better than ever!

Learn the secrets to Jasper’s famous pumpkin ravioli, Stephenson’s Apple Farm Signature Baked Chicken 'N' Butter and Applecello Cake along with Applecello Liqueur. Thaddeus Stephenson will be joining us and showcasing his families famous Apple Butter.

Chef Jasper is preparing for the holidays and it’s time to pull out Nana’s recipes. If you love cooking and of course Cucina Italiana well then you’re going to love chef Jasper’s Holiday class. Of course, you well learn to prepare Nana’s Christmas Eve Pizza along with homemade Italian Sausage (yes, you’ll learn how to make Italian sausage), sister-in-law Janine’s Manicotti and no cooking class would be complete without the art making of Italian cookies and Panettone Bread Pudding.
