It's time for heirloom tomatoes from our friends at Kurlbaum's Heirloom Tomato Farm along with Jasper's homemade mozzarella. In this class, you will learn to prepare homemade mozzarella & ricotta cheese. Jasper will be serving tomato & mozzarella inspired dishes such as Italian gazpacho, homemade focaccia, panzanella salad, chicken caprese & local Missouri peach Napoleon with Nana Mirabile's Italian pastry cream!

Start your dinner with the world's greatest Heirloom Tomato Bloody Mary. Of course Mozzarella & Kurlbaum Heirloom Tomatoes will be served along with a multi course dinner of Sicilian Sfincione Bread, Heirloom Tomato and Lobster Soup, Panzanella Salad, Pasta & Uncooked Heirloom Tomato Sauce along with Sicilian Chicken & Italian Sausage, slow simmered with heirloom tomatoes and for a sweet wending... Fresh Tomato & Peach Cobbler with Papa's Gelato!

We keep her memory alive with all of our families recipes, especially the ones that we will teach in this special cooking class.
